VISION
To be the leading eye health care institution that will cater to the ophthalmologic needs of the province of Nueva Ecija and the rest of region 3, as well as its neighboring provinces, by providing a standard and updated eye care through research and development by compassionate service by the consultants and well-trained residents staff with the use of the state of the art facilities and technologies.
MISSION
- To produce ophthalmologists who are knowledgeable, research-oriented, proficient and ethical in clinical practice and responsible members of the Philippine Academy of Ophthalmology and society in general.
- To prevent progression of vision loss of different eye diseases.
- To see a community free of preventable cause of eye blindness gearing towards a very good quality of life.
