The Philippine Heart Center headed by Executive Director Dr. Joel B. Abanilla  and Dr. Paulino J. Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center headed by Medical Center Chief Dr. Huberto F. Lapuz spearheaded the recently concluded 1^st Cardiovascular Surgical Mission last June 20-25, 2021 here in PJG.    The team and the sponsors composed of the following conducted five (5) successful heart surgeries with child patients from the provinces of Nueva
Ecija, Nueva Vizcaya and Tarlac:
